Trek Inspection Services was formed in 2003 to meet the ever increasing demand of residential and commercial inspection needs in the South Puget Sound area.  Trek Inspection Services is owned and operated by Bob Pilch, who is the inspector for the company.  Every client will receive the same great care and approach to their inspection needs.  Bob is licensed as a Home Inspector (DOL #427) and as a Structural Pest Inspector (SPI license with WSDA, #66886).  All inspection reports document, in narrative format, the condition of the building(s) at the time of inspection, in great detail with full photo documentation and audio notes (MP3 format) taken during the time of the inspection.  The reports are very professional and customized for each inspection (See Sample Reports Here).  Trek Inspection Services was rated the number one home inspection firm in the greater Seattle area in 2008 and 2010, by the customers of ServiceMagicPro.com.  Every inspection is a pursuit of the true condition of each home or building.
